 I am passionate about fitness and  dedicated to improving the lives of others, by designing exercise programs that are fun, challenging and results oriented. Having been in the health and fitness industry since becoming qualified in 2005  I have extensive knowledge and experience in developing a wide variety of exercise programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Every person is different, and what works for one may not work for another, but what we all have in common is the ability to reach our goals through hard, smart training and determination. I have pushed many of my clients past what they believed were their physical limits. I believe in training programs that are rich in variety, and that challenge not only the muscles and the cardiovascular system, but also the link between the mind and the body. I enjoy working with a diverse range of people of all ages and abilities and have also helped people recover from injuries or living with chronic illnesses. My exercise programs tend to emphasize functional strength training, core strength and high-intensity interval training. As a trainer, the most rewarding part of my job is helping you gain the strength, mobility and confidence to feel great while doing the activities you enjoy.  Health and fitness are good things, but they are a means to living the best life you can for yourself. Fitness should allow you to do more, to try more new things and to have more experiences that make your life worthwhile. Outside of training I enjoy spending time with my young family, being outside and using my other trade acquired skills to tackle practical projects.
