A: Our trainings are designed to suit the absolute novice and still be very challenging for the fittest athlete.

Q: How many trainings should I attend a week?

A: Ideally you would be able to commit to two trainings

Q: How many people will be in a group?

A: The groups are limited to 30 people so the training can be monitored

Q: Do you do concessions

A: Yes if you pay for 10 you'll receive one free.

Q: Do I need to get a medical before commencing training?
